Ahmneepaw the Wookie Dentist here. All my time in dental school has caused me to lose my youthful figure, and my hair to darken a bit, is this even possible? (Fatter and darker fur?)

Yes it is indeed possible. Here is my answer of the day ... basically a Master Image Designer can change any choice you had at character creation except for race and gender.

In your case you can be "aged" also if you desire a generally older look.
