Image Designer Archive

I am approaching Master ID and love the profession, but sometimes I find myself wishing I could take a more active role in the Galactic Civil War as an image designer. I also wonder if it will be difficult for us to open a force slot, since all of our activities involve non-combat interactions with other players.

With these thoughts in mind, I was thinking how fun it would be if ID'ers could be worked intoa team support rolebyhaving a skill thatprovided useful benefits forthe rest of the teamduring faction aligned missions.

Temporary disguises is one thought that comes to mind. Being able to completely change appearance begs a 'Master of Disguise' title with a wealth of espionage uses. Not saying that every IDer should automatically become a Master Spy, but it would be nice if our profession had auseful role in the war.

Anyone else feel this way?

i'm not even a novice entertainer.. but that is a good idea..

i think every profession should be able to tie into the GCW some how..

The idea of giving temporary covert faction to overts by means of disguises was pushed many many times in beta. Someone also posted on the beta board once that it had been mentioned by a dev as a role for ID'ers early in development. Not sure if this last is true or not, but sure would be nice to have a direct role in the GCW.
