I was wondering where in the ID tree the ability to change the color of leeku pattern is..

I can take one line up to IV and would like it to be the one that can change this.. also, where is the ability to change twi'lek skin color.

Lekku Pattern Color is in the Markings Chain (if I had to guess, I'd say 3 or 4).

Lekku Pattern itself is in Hairstylist 4.

Twi'lek (and Everyone)'s SkinTone is Master Image Designer.
