Thread: Test Center changes to HAM and specials/Effect on IDs

Kinda curious now that I've read about the HAM changes and how specials now take off of your maximum pool instead of current (But recover faster).

I was curious if any of the Image Designers on TC could answer if this also applies to ID changes or not?

I may be able to answer this myself when TC comes up (After all, Novice Entertainer is a starting prof ).

And nope, ID changes still cause straight Mind Damage. Okie.
