Actually is well respected by her customers. They kindly ask me for different changes and they are very polite. I perhaps have had one or two that do not appreciate but you always get that anyway so it;s not big deal.

They treat me well and they even send me other customers.

I just want to tell them how much I appreciate them, for without them I would be quite useless.
