If your working with a partner all you will see is the opening box and they will see the accept/refuse box. if your working on your self, like Syzygy said, move the box out of the way. You may also want to add the following: /ui actiontoolbarSlot00
then place the macro button in the top left hand toolbar slot for auto looping
hope it helps

Also: if you are using yourself as a guinea pig, you must have yourself targeted for the macro to work.
Is that mentioned in the FAQ? We have a WHOLE lot of people who complain of this when they're working on themselves. Enough to make me think that it's not mentioned.

It's also mentioned in the imagedesignSetValue command argument list…but I think most people skip that part

I'm trying to do ID and I'm having a bit of trouble. I have read the sticky post and have formed my macro as follows:
/image;
/pause 1;
/imagedesignSetValue hair_color 1;
All this seems to do is pop up the window to choose what you want to change. I've tried eye_color, eyeshadow_color, and many others. None seem to actually select anything. I've made sure that what i'm selecting is possible on the character that i'm attempting it on and I have the skill to do it, but still it doesn't work. I've even tried it asa separate command. The/imagedesignSetValue part just doesn't seem to do anything. Any ideas on what is wrong?

Try moving the markings/face/body/hair window—sometimes the accept/reject window hides behind it. Ignore the markings/face/body/hair window, it always pops up when using the macro, but you shouldn't need to click anything on it for the macro to work.

Of course it's in the FAQ
Q: How do I macro myself?
A: You have to target yourself in order to use a macro on yourself. Standard is control-1 unless you changed your keymap. You can also use the command /target self in your macro, to be safe.

Yes, yes, I know the FAQ needs updating but I'm waiting until after our ID publish hits TC...
