Thread: using up some spare skill points, and was wondering which ID skills to take?

i'm a master dancer/master entertainer/master musician, and i have enough skill points left to get two full trees and three skills of another in image design, and i was wondering which combination of skills would be best? as of right now i have hairstyling IV, and bodyform I (if memory serves me correctly, i cant access my character as my computer is out for repairs) thanks for your advice ahead of time

I would recommend doing the hairstyle tree and the markings tree... and then putting the rest of the skill points into the face tree. It would be a waste in body because the second box of body doesn't even give you anything new.

I get the most use out of Hair IV, Face I and II, BodyI - IV, and Markings after that There's a chart of what you get when in "Kwee's ID Guide", link in the FAQ thread. Good luck! Btw, Body 2 gives you muscles.

Just as a FYI, there should be a lot of stuff added soonin the mini publish 8. We don't know what tree will have partical effects yet, but it will likely be something you will really want.

Okay, so which box of body doesn't give you anything? I thought it was 2. Maybe it's 3.


I still stand by what I said. LOL I think face is more useful than body.

According to Kwee's guide…



  1. Wookiee fur pattern

  2. Muscle

  3. Height

  4. Weight

So technically, they all give you something…but I'd guess you meant 1.

EVERY ID skill box gives you something. It just has nothing to do with the name of the box, oftentimes.
