I have a new suggestion for Image designers: the ability to do a permanent race-change.
Why? The game concept gives people the possibility to choose a race that has benefits on certain professions.
E.g Twileks are good entertainers, Wookiees are good creature handlers. And as i read in the stratics-interview the devs arent planning to change this part of the game concept.
But what happens when a player is bored hanging around in the cantina and you are quite fond of your twilek that has other skills you dont want to start over with a new character? Or what if you want to try the benefits of other races with the profession you mastered? Maybe you dont like your characters race but you are not yet bored with the profession you have chosen...
All reasons why people would like a race change.
SWG has only one character for an account. So there isnt the possibility of creating another character without extra expenses.
I also want to cheer for the upcoming changes. YAY! Good work, Kwee!

I'm kind of with you on this one even though they NoNod it. Race and gender changes a not unheard of in the Star Wars universe. In the comic "Bounty Hunter: Aurra Sing" (my fav SW character
) we find out that a Twi'lek male turned him self into a female human.

Name changes would be sweet too, but it'll never happen.
*sighs* Yup. Seems that last names are somehow tied into defining the character in the game world, so we won't be able to get the ability to change those. Don't remember hearing anything about capitolization issues, but I'd imagine it's a similar problem. It's a real shame—there are so many ALLCAPSNAMES that I'd love to help out, just because I'm **edit** and it bugs me.

But why oh why did they have to no-no ice cream? *sighs and hugs his remaining crate of creamy deliciousness*
*blushes as he realized this thread is over a month old and points at the forum bumping him to page 2*
