There i was minding my own buisniss in the ID tent ( counting the ants...) when a nice little girl comes in ^_^ Happy to see a custmor i rush over to offer my services , and she looses no time to tell me she has no money since she is new . She explains to me how they worked twice and now don't work anymore. I explain to her thats its probably just a silly bug and that it will work again shortly ( since no matter what you get 20 uses )no doubt BUT she insists that i give her new holoemotes . Knowing that this would be about a 2 minute wast of my time and that i had better things to do i said NO. So she starts yelling at me saying i'm a huge **edit** and all infront of everyone
So from now on i'm never giving free IDs again to newbies ,UNGRATFUL little brats...

Wow. Deja Vu. I've had a few similar to that. Turns out they simply did not realize there was a timer before they could use the holoemotes again, or they made a typo or... stuff like that there. But that was no excuse for her to be so rude and ungrateful. /comfort hug
I get the same kind of thing with customers shopping off my vendors.
Customer: You don't have any red fleshwraps.
Me: Yes I do. About 6 of them even. Be sure to use the Next Items button.
Customer: Next Items button? Where is that?
Me: /groan (explains next items button) (There is also a backpack on the wall next to the vendors named:"USE NEXT ITEMS BUTTON!" In red text. Oh well.)
Customer: Nope. Still no red wraps on here.
Me: Did you sort by category to reduce how many items you needed to scroll through? (2000 or so items on main vendor)
Customer: Sort? How do I do that?
Me: /groan
So I would imagine some of the disappointment with holemotes are from those who ignore the pop-up window that explains how to use them.
I just made a whole toolbar holoemote macros. I'm seriously considering forwarding a mail with those macros to all holoemote customers. But then I would probably end up in long discussions how to do macros too. Catch 22. Heh.
