I'm giving it a 9.

Things I'd like to see changed/added:

+ Player Tatoos

+ New Haircuts

+ More options for Wookie fur (had a lot of unsatisfied wookies because of the lack of REALLY good looking fur colors)

+ The way you browse hair colors (too small!)

+ Migration Timer (see this is going live soon)

+ Fix Technokitty emote (am I the only one who can't get it to work?)

The new UI is a-w-e-s-o-m-e, same goes for the new hair colors.

=cheers the devs=

I'd have to give it an 8,I adore the new palettes and the holo-emotes can be fun when used at the right time, most people i encountered who requested stat migration

The interface is of course a huge improvement, and after toying around with it, even at its current size i was quite able to make changes, type in the chat window and keep an eye on customer's comments.

The timer in my case is horrible. I am a mere 1/0/0/0 ID, so i have barely anything to offer (they love the holos tho), so even if I play around, we're done rather quickly.I still have many more colors to choose from then I ever had as a master prepatched lol so that's what I have been doing mostly - colors.

and as for holo's ... well I actualy hated them at first. Then I got a set for free after my twi'lek got pink markings, and i just started to play with them. Of course as an entertainer it might feel a bit more appropriate to have certain emotes active. I love the holonotes for example when playing music, or the imperial logo when I try to get people to sign up while dancing my hiney off. So although its not realy star warsy, it turned out to be a lot of fun. I mean we are trying to have fun while playing a game, right?

I give it a 7.5

I can't get the flowers holoemote to work. All I see when I, or anyone else does it, is black boxes!

*discreetly rates it a "?" since he's only been able to log in once since droids rebuilt was put in*

Does this mean I'm not a good IDer because I'm out of practice?

I am having alot of fun. I'd rate it about a 9 in terms of fun-ness.

Only 2 areas of concern (3 if you count ungrateful clients): the color palette is a little small;

and the timer issue (I find customers get a tad impatient at the 10 minute wait for stat migration).

It has got more social which is great. More ways to make some money which is also great.

A dedicated IV.. I lost a lot of business b/c my system blew patch day.. and about 30 people on the server made a mad grind to master just before the downtime hit and made a fortune.. just to drop it right away!

Speaking just as me, and only me, I give it a 9. It's wonderful and fun.

Speaking globally, from the point of view of people who have not mastered yet, I give it a 2. The casual player simply will not finish in "one month" as projected. Under the new system, I could never have mastered, because I don't have the time to grind a profession for 60 hours in a boring grind -and that's 60 hours of basically no income. Under the old system, in the days before spice, it took me 3 weeks to master, not playing casually.

I agree with Jessi. I'd give the revamp an 8 or 9, but the biggest problem here is the xp gain which overall makes the revamp about a 3 in my opinion.

If we are to be the sole players who can stat migrate, then there seriously needs to be incentive for other players to pick up ID otherwise we will be overworked with requests for stat migrations, and customers will be overcharged or have a hard time finding an ID that isn't busy because there are so few of us.

As the xp gain stands right now, no player is going to be willing to pick up ID. In terms of time it takes to master, the only other professions comparable to ID right now are Jedi(they take even longer)and Bounty Hunter.

I say 8.0 - would be a 10 but the timers

I love every bit of it, everything is awesome but the stupid timers - I love the fact that we get to communicate and socialize, but still, every situation isn't like that and being master and still not having ANY leeway with the timer kinda sucks, but I think the next patch with the time slice for masters will be nice - overall problem: Timers aren't bad in and of themselves, just a tad bit too long. Maybe shorten them or base the anti-macro idea off of xp gain and not timer, perhaps the more of the same change you do within a certain timeframe, the less experience you get? Masters should have little to no timer.

I'd give it about an 8.5 or so. I've not been out to a ten yet, so I don't know how that would effect my opinion. As much as I had my doubts about the timer at first (and yet it's still annoying) I've found that about the only one it's effecting is me: as in IDing myself. As a Dance I tend to change makeup and hair styling fiarly regularly to match my dance and or outfit. In an RP sense it makes sense in that I now have to wait longer than 15 seconds after going to the dressing room. But if I were in a troup situation and we were doing choreographed changes.....ouch that would hurt a whole lot.

As I've done no stat changes yet, I can't comment on those.

I do not go near an ID tent. I would be, however, the first to put down an ID tent in my player city if it was done right. By right I mean that I would have the choice of deciding who could do business in my tent.

The timer is a horrid idea, one of the worst and only thrown on us to fix their own hologrinding problem they caused.

I love all the new colors. I would expect to see players with outlandish hair colors in the future. It also gives more each player an opportunity to individualize. I have had more fun with the color options than anything else.

I love the holoemotes. They are just plain fun and we could all use a little fun.

Wanted to add:
They really should have let the players still be able to change their own stats over time. Just given us the option to do it fast and I don't mean ten minutes fast...maybe five. But, taking away that option from the players was a very bad idea.
