It is with a sad heart that I read those words friend Kwee. You have been a true force of greatness and positive change to our little community here and I feel to the SWG community at large. And it is with joy that I can say that I had the chance to know you before you left; that I will be able to pass along to those that follow some of the glow that you have brought to us all. I wish you only happiness on the road that you must now travel. And in a bit of selfishness, I hope that the burnout will subside and you may yet one day return.

I'm so sorry to see you go! I completely understand where you are coming from. I recently closed my account too. Time, energy and motivation are almost non-existent, due to family, school and life in general.
You have had a great impact on the game and the development of the ID profession. I really wish SOE had a way of recognizing your efforts. At least you can feel the love here (even if it is just for a few more days)!

You know, just earlier I was flying my Y in JtL and having a great time. I've been doing that a lot lately, and I greatly anticipate the release of the game to live. I was thinking about how the game had a great thing coming, and even with all the other existant problems I'd still have no reason to be dissapointed in the game in the near future...
And then I logged into the ID forums. I admit, I've been holding back lately. I haven't payed as much attention to these forums as I once did.There's really not much I can say. I feel... embittered... that the Dev's would forget the social professions so much as they have. But even considering that, and considering that you've already stepped down as the correspondant, It's a shock to come on and see that you've decided to leave SWG as a whole. Seriously, Kwee, even now you're a great leader in the ID community.
I don't mean to make any slight towards TechnoCan's ability as correspondant. But really, I'm dissapointed to hear you're leaving, even if for a short while, and the way things look I'm not sure I want to see what happens to us without you here.
Either way, I wish you luck. Please, try and keep in touch somehow. If you decide to maybe head to another game... let us know. And if there is ever any more changes to ID... I hope to see you on here to enjoy them with us.
And, Oct. 27? THE DAY OF JTL? And the day BEFORE my birthday?! Sheesh.. sort of bad timing, I'd almost say
EDIT: I suppose it won't help to say we won't let you leave us? Like you did for me.. long long ago, in a pre-publish forum far far away?
