I am a master ID on Ahazi and it has happened to me a few times.

But I found it was because the customers were playing with their screen.

Other itmes, the customers would go LD while I was doing ID's.

I do however, come across the bug where in the ID window the customer is wearing armor and really isn't.

I had someone give me their armor, relog and it still showed up on in the ID window!
