Yes it maybe they didn't even know you were interested. The servers have been very flacky, like last night it was about 40 minutes before I could recieve /tells and email.

For those who only work in group chat, here is a suggestion. I cloned a chat window, and set it up for private messages only. I then dragged it off to the left, and made it small. But then I would always see when a new /tell would come in. I also made one just for system messages and dragged that off, and removed system messages from my spatial tab. Also another thing that has helped is coloring the tip messages so it's obvious when someone sends you the money. I started to get pissed one day when I thought a guy stiffed me, when it turned out he tipped me 8k at the beginning ofa session.
