Maybe Kwee can nag the developers to add a statement on the UI stating the amount entered comes from pocket then from bank. that could remove this whole line of questioning.

Oh why make things unnecessarily complicated? The system works fine, it's just that people don't know it yet.

The system might have a bug because it never draws the require payment I enter, I end up having to tell them to put it into the tip part.

Also true. Just don't let 'em shortchange ya. Bottom line, you can provide a service they want, and they should be willing to pay, no matter how that's accomplished.

This may be a stupid question, but are you sure the problem isn't that your customers simply aren't matching/exceeding what you've put in the "Required Payment" box in their "Offered Credits" box (maybe they're missing it all together)?

It's not a stupid question if you really don't know the answer.
The answer is, they don't have to match. I did a stat migration on a client the other night, and along the way he wanted other things done to his character. I told him that the ID changes came with the stat migration, but he still upped the offered credits amount to 60k. My required credits amount was only 20k. But I got the whole 60k. (BTW, I need more clients like that!)

Yes it does work that way, but if you put in 60k and the client doesn't put in more than 20k, he can't accept.

Ahh, I see. I should not read or post when I'm this tired.. Thanks Thewt. /bonk self
Yeah, that's another thing. If the ID were to put in 20k as a required fee, and the customer only offered 10k, the ID session would abort when both parties tried to accept.

With me it doesn't abort. I just can't click the Commit button.
