I sometimes spend a teeny tiny bit of mind on an ID change, and it's a rare thing when I do. Do we still need the "mind stats" section?

I wrote that I was keeping it in as an explanation of how stats work. Both should anyone need to explain stats to a new player (we should at least know the basics) and because I've had so many new players over the months tell me they learned things about the game, not just ID from the guide
