make sure you do an auction if you use for advertising, because otherwise, people will buy them up like hotcakes, lol, made some good money on the first batch that I put up as advertisements, but got no business off of them.

Offer it to a vendor or bazaar then cancel the sale and retrieve it (or have someone buy and retrieve it). It's not equipped after you do this, so you can trade and drop it. Not sure what happens if you give it to someone and have them equip it. If you drop it, YOU CANNOT PICK IT UP. You can't click on it to target and using /pickup says something about not having permission to access this item.
