I did manage to place my hair on a bazaar terminal. Unfortunately when someone else bought it, it was useless. They couldn't wear it and when they destroyed it nothing happened.
I sold my lekku on the bazaar in Theed for 20 credits =P (listing fee...great bargainfor such a rare collectable!) I wonder if someone who buys it can equip it? or drop it in thier home?

Doh! If only there was an edit option for this board... sorry for not checking more thouroughly before posting. Thanks for the info Aviss. So since it doesn't behave like a regular object I assume it can't be dropped and used to decorate a home either.

I've been meaning to try dropping it in my house but I keep forgetting to do it when I'm there. That would be a great thing to do though. Or you could get some cargo pockets, one for each race and gender, and fill them with a sample of each hairstyle then when someone wants to see what styles you can do, just give them the appropriate bag.

Don't drop it in your house! You can do so but then you can't pick it up. Now my friend has some hideous disembodied lekku sitting in her house which she can't get rid of. =P
(Sorry for the bump, but this thread is very useful for a way to make people bald esp since we can't do that via code anymore.)

I tried this out night before last (patch day) and it DID work, but upon login the next day, his original hair was back. 
Talk about Miracle Grow !
If only we could bottle it and sell it over the counter.
Reboot the server and call me in the morning if you're still bald. 
I dont know exactly what happened, but I was getting IDed for xp, then "change frills" I didnt see a change in appearence, then I accepted, my hair changed and went in my inventory. I couldnt get it off, so I destroyed it, leaving me bald, which fixed the issue, just thought I ought to warn you about the evil hair issue! 
.Let's us make people bald.
Anycase, if you get the wig in your inventory, don't worry about it, it'll disappear when you log out fully and log back in (ie, server reset every day, or a weird length of time being logged out).
Here are the instructions for shaving heads.
1) offer client any hair style.
2) have them click the "x" to close the offer box, do not have them click the accept or refuse boxes.
3)offer them another hair style, anyone will do.
4)Have them accept this time.
5) Have them open their inventory and delete the wig inside.
Wow Soonmot! And I thought I was the ONLY one who had the "give bald hair" way discovered! I've only done it about 5 times though and most certainly will do it again unless it becomes exploited. But I doubt that because there's nothing wrong with giving a nice close clean shave 
Back in the early early days I was able to trade my hair over to my friend Squire (we're talking uh, Julyish lol) though being a Mon Calamari, he wasn't able to wear it. But the sometimes I wonder what it would have been like if he could have heheh.
