Very disingenuous. Instead of asking, "Why shouldn't an IDer create cross-species changes that LucasArts specifically said it didn't want us to have?" you ask "why shouldn't an ID customize a player to his liking?"

Much softer. Much less direct. Makes it almost sound like it's not an exploit when you say it like that. Doesn't make it any less so, though.

We asked LucasArts if we could do gender-changing and species-changing stuff. LucasArts said no way, no how, jack. That's the bottom line. Sorry. They haven't specifically sounded off on the half-one-species-half-the-other thing yet, but given how they responded to the full-body species change, I'll give you one guess what their answer will be.

Of course I think it'd be fun to have lots of cool things to do with players. Of course I want great content that is in demand and adds spice and fun to the game. Will I get these things even though George Lucas says no? Are my demands as a player more important than Lucas's creative control? No, and no.

So am I going to perform these exploits for people? No.

Why should a Master ID not be able to coustomise people to there liking? This is SW were talking about, and there are more than just the 8 species in the galaxies. What about diffrent species marraiages and there off spring. Maybe a Transhdoshian with lekkue. There is only so much you can do with the specie you have chosen, and some alot less than others. Why not open up the board a little? I think the thing that defines a species more than anything else is there special abilities and there max ham/secondaries stats. why should we limit ourselfs to a certian standard.
