lol I have perma incapped I think a total of 5 people...... you would think i would learn the first time but I was distracted! Anyways. Medics tried to drag them out... and somehow cannot get them outside the door. Sometimes, however, after many tries the medic has been able to drag them at least to the doorway in order to heal the wounds. Quickest way out waswhen I wenton CSR chat and had a CSR come in game and fix the person. Otherwise... just keep trying to drag!
Things to look for though:
A) any black bars/wounds.
B) any disease
C) any poison
if they have any of these tell them to go heal and come back.. otherwise you will have a situation at your feet!! On the plus side.. the first time this happened tome i met one of my best in game friends. Always look for the good in things lol .

This happened to me as well the other day and I was able to heal the customer by dragging him as close to the door as possible...his arm and leg were sticking out of the door. Then I was able to call a droid and heal his wounds enough for him to get up. It sure was hilarious watching him flop to the floor like that though....

Seems to me a Jedi Master Healer could work wonders in this situation. Always a good idea to keep one or two in your phone book, just in case.
