Frankly, as both a neutral character, having been rebel as well as imperial, I don't charge people differentially depending on faction. Especially if I get busy, it's hard to keep track of who is a rebel and who's not, who's imperial, etc. etc. I find it's easier for me just have a set price and go with that. It saves me the hassle of trying to figure it all out.
