I read through that thread. As for "eye shape", Mon Cals at creation have "eye shape" but it actually tilts the eyes. If I understand correctly, that one seems to work just fine for Mon Cals. The thread seems to imply no lip thickness and gullet adjustments, though I couldn't quite get whether they didn't work at all or reset when you didn't want them to.

I guess I wanted to wait until I had some sense that my character could be recreated before I spent the time. I really haven't played much since August 14 when the patch reset my character. So I was hoping someone with more enthusiasm had worked this out.
