Here's a few bits of advise, firstly max ur focus/willpower, the more frequently you can do image design actions the faster you will level. Secondly, have someone willing to be a test subject for ur id if possible, you get 4 times the exp for doing id on someone else compared to urself. Thirdly, don't forget about the musician buffs, yes they are somewhat buggy but as long as you don't have any other buffs it will not get buggy. Once you have done all that just do one of ur higher image design moves over and over, if you don't have a musician buff eye color is usually ideal, but with a musician buff you can do some image design actions that cost more mind and get more image design exp/time.

Um, yes, I do have some advice.

Six threads down from yours was someone else with the same question and it was already answered. So my first piece of advice is to read the answers in there and see if you still have a question. Lots of people have had to master ID for their holocrons and we've already covered the answers in multiple threads.

Quit macroing through everything. This is so ridiculously lazy. Maybe it's just me, but I think it's much more of an accomplishment to be able to say "I lost the use of my right index finger to be come a jedi", than to say "Um... I made a macro"

I could have sworn I put that on one of the many "how do I macro ID" posts. oops.

rdpmackie, maybe you don't quite understand how this works. Star Wars Galaxies is a computer game. I happen to think it is a fun and entertaining computer game, but it is still just that. Along those lines, image design is something I and many others enjoy doing. We are here to have fun playing a computer game. If you think that anything else you do ( be it crafting, or shooting things with a gun, or just running around being a "l33t d00d") in this computer game has any more depth of character or purpose than image designing, you are sorely mistaken. If you want to convince everybody that you have better things to do with your time than we do, stop posting on our forum when you have nothing constructive to add.

Since I'm sure you missed it, I'll repeat. This is a computer game. Get over yourself.

No, it's not, because the entire post was made in a facetious tone and that's not wanted, needed or welcomed here. Perhaps you are new to this game and haven't noticed that each player has 250 skill points available to them. Now brace yourself, because I am sure this will come as a shock to you... but mastering image designer does NOT take all 250. I know, it's unbelievable! So even though you have to master this "gay" profession because those asinine holocrons told you to, you will still have plenty of skill points left so that you can prove your manhood in another profession that will provide you with the greater purpose for living you claim to be seeking. But may I just say, that if you are seeking a purpose for living in a computer game, you have far greater problems than having to master ID.

If you do happen to unlock your force sensitive slot, DO let me know. I think I'd have to make a bounty hunter character on your server just to have the pleasure of killing you.
