This is all I heard today about these tents... LOL NO ONE has a clue what they're for and what they do. I can't seem to go anywhere without having to say "The ID tents are nonfunctional right now, they are part of the ID mini publish that will be coming sometime in May."Did anyone else find themselves sounding like a broken record today?

Since the tents, all but one, are in the middle of nowhere or in deserted cities with tumbleweed blowing by...no one I've heard of or talked to even knows they exist. As predicted. What I DID get, from my frequent customers, was a barrage of questions about the new ID stuff, which is well known to be coming & which people want BAD. Alas, I had to tell them the typical lame SOE non-answer: "Nobody has any idea when they're coming, add me to your friends list & keep checking back" =(

The Bestine one was barren when I went, I can only imagine b/c of it's out of the way location. Only the Theed and Moenia ones are where people will see them. At the Theed one there were constantly people streaming in and I almost wrote a macro to say my spiel about the mini publis...blah blah, I can't even type it here,I never want to talk about tents again now haha.

Interestingly I got a lot of the "do they work yet", and "does this mean I can ID myself without an ID around" but noone asked what they were for. I guess everyone is just assuming they are for self ID'ing

The evil side of me wants to turn off my master ID tag, go to a tent and start self IDing, and tell others that they are work fine for me.

A lot of my tailor etc customers have asked me about the new ID changes (lot of them have been as eagerly awaiting it as me) but ive had to state they are in a week or so (thats my assumption anyway)
Not had anyone ask about the tents yet, but then i sit in my shop most of the time anyway

Just G said in his state of the game post yesterday that they aim for the mini publishes come out every two weeks.

LMAO, Self ID'ing... sounds like a plan for some fun lol.
What was really great was the AFK buffers in coroneton Wanderhome(oddly the theed of other servers?) got invited to the large ent group. One came back and was quite ticked off 
I won't say that it was my idea..... /whisper but it really was. Keeps them from getting business as long as they don't have a /leavegroup in their macro it stops their AFK buffing from working While in there one even was complaining about getting 200 credit tips for buffing. Anyways, that's another topic. But it was quite fun seeing people getting mad because they couldnt invite them to the group then coming to me for a real buff. /whistle Really I'm not evil... I swear!

OY, minipubs every 2 weeks? That means.... it's coming to TC pretty dang soon /drool /drool. As much as I want to test everything, I may hide out for a few days... hee hee.
