Ok, this forum has been quiet recently, so I am starting a thread so that everyone can declare their love for Image Designing and Image Designers.

I love being an ID! Recently I decided to chuck the idea of vendors and just do the traveling tailor thing. I now do a ton of ID work because I get out of my shop. It's a different world from when I mastered ID (late July, '03) but the atmosphere has definitely calmed down - well except for that one guy who tried to marry me for a free stat migration.

Last night I had some ID done on Starsider and it was a wonderful experience for both of us. My ID'er was the nicest guy imaginable to work with, and he was pleased that I was so knowledgable about the profession and knew exactly what I needed going in.

I actually have been feeling really bad for neglecting y'all for the last few months. I've been busy with the bar exam and then a cross country move, and the tailor forum has necessarily been top priority for my remaining forum time. Consider me still here, a loyal ID to the end, but mostly a "lurker" nowadays

So you're telling me that the bar exam is more important than shooting the breeze here on the SOE forums?! Pishaw.

I love love love ID! My favorite profession in the whole galaxy!
I will never drop it. I will never leave it. It's just too much fun.
I'm jealous of ID/tailors though. They can make whatever they want to match. Maybe I'll pick up tailor one day, after my spouse is less enamoured with space and space ships and I can drop ship wright . . .

I love ID. Why else would I have 6 MIDs and a Novice?
My IDs:
