I think that we have asked to have adjustments for the hips and butt. I would personally like to see that! It seems to me like the body model they they used to create female humans, twi'leks and zabraks was pretty young. I'm afraid that the characters you showed from the other game are missing some ribs, though! They look completely unnatural.

You know...there's a surgery you can do to have your bottom ribs removed... *shudders*

I think a slider for hips and butt would be nice. My char isn't curvey but that's part of her genetics. I would, however, like to be able to giver her hips a little flair and make her waist a little more noticiable. Instead of having her look like a board.

I would hate to see them decide that breasts=curves...some of thebust sizes I've seen in-game are disgusting for the body the woman has. If they got any bigger, tailors and doctors would have to collaborate to create back supports for the ample woman. Sorry all, but I'm just not in to the bigbosom some guys are, but just the same, I dothink Galaxies needs curvier women because at this point it's hard to tell a woman with small breasts from a man. Maybe women would start choosing more realistic breast sizes if that wasn't the only way to tell men and women apart.

i kinda like the shape in SWG, at least compared to other games, at least here i dont have unnatural sized boobs forced on me, but an option to alter hip size would be good, but i imagine really difficult to add

The woman in the Star Wars movies aren't very curvey.. so maybe that's why all our characters are tubes.

I'm not going to complain, though. :: ..is a tube ::

The max torso size is the reality for some people But yeah it shouldn't be on 90% of the female population

I'm torn... do I want my toon to look like a 10 year old boy with boobs (SWG) or an impossible hourglass shape only achieved with good genes, plastic surgery and a rib-crushing corset (COH)?

Neither. I want my toon to look like the females in Dark Age of Camelot. They didn't look like supermodels or voluptuous anime cartoons. They looked like *gasp* real women.

Honestly if you really want to stare at pixellated sex kittens, elves in thongs and cleavage hanging out... EQ is more your game.

Ive been playing this other game called City of Heroes. Im not going to go into the game in depth or anything but that game does have something that SWG really really needs. Being a red blooded male, i cant help but take the occasional glance at a female character... from time to time.

Take a look at this image-

http://media.pc.ign.com/media/017/017108/img_2090858.html

Thats a screenshot from ign.com's screenshot section. Take a look at that gal's hips. Look at her waist, look at her rump... she is shaped infintily better than any woman i have ever seen in SWG.

Here's another-

Hour glass figures... its what we men (most of us)dream about. Its what women (most of them) want to look like.

Here's one that didnt go all out with the curves-

My point? SWG women need some curves. As it is, they look like slightly smaller men with breasts.

CoH does have curvier females butthey all prettymuch have the same unrealistic comic bookshape (insanely thin waists, which is how they achieve their curves). Btw, the one running looks curvier becauseshe's leaning over

SWG females aren't as curvy as we would like for sure, but they are still a realistic female shape. One typically found on very very young women though I do hope we get some sliders in that area one day

Ugh now EQ's "torsos" were obnoxious, it wasn't the size so much that bothered me but their ability to defy gravity as though they had been medically altered. *shudder* Oh and I left before they switched to the new models. Not only were the torsos even more obnoxious, they gave my beloved barbarian girls man faces and man hands...with huge torsos. *shudders more*

It looks like EQ2 has done a better job, and with some species the ability to defy gravity has been removed

CoH might not be the BEST example of the perfect, realistic shape... its the other end of the spectrum. I havent played the other games you guys are talking about. I just pointed out CoH because its what ive been staring at for the last few weeks. I wouldnt want the SWG girls to look like that but something in between would be nice.
