hi i wanted to know 2 things
1) Will Wearing The jedi robe or having a jedi title on while a player or npc is around get you visible?
2) does your ally (same faction player) get you visble?

/bump good question needs answering.... I would like to see it work with a group memeber it's ok. As for robe, I have heard from many people it is just the saber that draws visiblilty.

Try read the jedi forum 
No one knows for sure if robes gives vis and no one knows for sure if the title gives devs says they dont give but on the jedi forum not all are sure of that...
and ALL NPC and player gives vis so ally (same faction player) does give vis! even other jedis gives

Just wear the robe and lightsaber whenever you want, you're gonna end up on the BH terms any way you look at it. I leveled in the NE corner of Endor, with no one around for 6 hours (right after the visability wipe), and I was on the terms the next day. The entire visability system is fubar.

Thier reasoning on this is even allies can sometime say the wrong thing at the wrong time. It could also be justified that even your actions can give things away. You may treat them differently (even unconciously) because they are a Jedi and such.
Perhaps you are an artist and Thrawn saw one of your paintings. That would also give away all our Jedi friends. /lol
I do believe that the raise in visibility when grouped with similar factions people is much smaller then other actions that raise visibility.
As far as Jedi robes go, the devs postes a small list of the ONLY things that raise visibiltiy and the very next post on that thread was "what about robes". /lol
The list did not contain wearing of robes or Jedi titles. The list was specific in the ONLY actions that raise visiblity. But the robes question persists.

well i wana stay off the terms till i get some jedi skills lol i dont wana have a BH breathing down my neck and not being able to raise the level of my jedi
