So yesterday I was a Pilot and now for some reason Im back down to an advocate? What happened, did a CSR not like something I said and demote me? How do these ranks work and where did the thread go that had the list of Ranks and requirements?

What is your average "stars per post"

i believe you have to constantly keep a 3.0 or higher to be a pilot. If you were by any chance 1-stared and you were borderline 3.0, this would have caused you to sink below the requirements, and get demoted. (I believe it is 3.0, might be 3.5)

yep....I just checked your average stars per post...your at 2.9....

heh, well someone came behind you and one starred to offset it i think.. thanks for the responses though i had just looked at the stars thinking i had 3 rather than 2.9. thanks for the clarifacation
