Thread: Krayt Hunting locations?

Is there any trick to finding these great beasts? I know that around the Krayt Graveyard and Krayt Skeleton they've been found. Is there anywhere I might be missing? Haven't seen one in days.

The Krayt Graveyard was always good to me. As you face into the valley where all the skeletons lie, the best places are in the hills to the left of the entrance, and in the dunes to the right for several hundred metres. I have been back since the patch and haven't seen any myself, but then that isn't unusual.

One tip is to destroy as many lairs as possible within about 1Km from the krayt graveyard POI. It seems that there is a limited number of spawns of any type available in an area, and if you kill off the spawn you don't want (banthas and dune lizards, for example), you run a better chance of what you DO want (krayts) spawning. Always seems to work for me.

The graveyard has the most spawns but keep an eye out when arounf Wayfar, Mos Taike etc

also cheack the area around the jawa vs tuskan fight (around a sandcrawler) around 1000m or so from the graveyard - I see krayts almost daily in that area

As what some had said, clear the lairs to force spawn the Krayt, also do lookout for areas up to 2k away frm the POI.

I'm not sure if this will work or not. Everytime I see a krayt spawn near the graveyard, I make a waypoint at the location. Then when I'm looking for them, I just drive around between all my waypoints, killing any spawns or lairs near them. Krayts are still hard to find, but I seem to have slightly better luck.

We had a simular experience on Lok hunting Kimo... we got mad and killed everything in sight and POOF! kimos!...problem was, they were too plentiful LOL
