How do i go about setting up a 2nd account
Do i need to purchase another copy of SWGalaxies?
I want to create alt character on the same server.

Yes buy a second copy of galaxies.
No need to install again just create a new account profile for when you log in.

Yes you must buy another CD. Then use that 'key' to open/setup the account. Then you log on to either account at the game screen and go.

Would be nice if SOE allowed you to buy a code online without a box, cd or manual... and at a discount. Say $10 or $20 offof the cost, with proof of prior purchase. Most peeps with a second (or third or forth) account already have the box and have it installed so it sure would be nice to save some coin on another account.
