im serious though. CSR's as of late seem to be slackin. Im not sure where to tell my gaming community the rude treatment I've got from the csr's. fellow members could post their stories and i dont know maybe a dev would see it andthink something like. Maybe we shouldset upsome training for our csr's.

Generally speaking, no forum would be appropriate to complain about CSR's.
I do not know what the specific address is, but email, or some other submitted form is usually better.
Or just PM Garva or Virago. If they can not help you, they will probably tell you where is a better place to go.

More importantly who do you think is going to care if you complain. We dont get stuff back even though it says in the rules for SWG if you can prove you had the item and it disapeared, after investigation you will get it back. HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA I recall reading that the first time and laughing saying YA RIGHT!
