Well, if you are looking for a crafting macro that will do all the work for ya, sorry there is not one. The only one you can get is one where you still have to manually put in the resources yourself. As for healing damage, just do

/healdamage;

/pause (here is the tricky part, you need to count how long you have between heals if its, 15 seconds, put 15.5 here) xx;

/healdamage;

/pause xx;

/macro healdamage;
