I went out trying to make some cash to buy some AA/CA's for rifle speed. 12k missions are so boring, no loot, no groupchat to partake in.
About 50 mins into missions and i had only made 90k~. What a joke.
And now I gota wait till vendors decide to lower prices, too bad they never will.
makes me wana quit this game.
This solo group nerf is the worst nerf ever.

Part of the reason for the price of AAs and CAs being so high is that anyone with a master combat profession could rack up millions of credits in a day due to solo grouping. So long term this is a good thing.
On the downside prices for AAs and CAs probably won't come down for awhile since there are so many multi-millionaire players out there still. Eventually things in the game economy will stabilize but it will be a long a painfull transition.

Yea, but till then I pay 15 a month to wait for that to happen.
Is it illegal to stage a protest?

If its an in-game protest...yes. I think they changed the terms of use agreement to say you can't do that anymore. All I can suggest is you take time off and try something new, a lot of good people I knew left and said they'd be back for the Combat Balance.
From my own personal viewpoint if the CB doesn't deliver my accounts are as good as cancelled too.

He is right about one thing. With all the people still rich in the game it will probably be awhile before the economy settles on lower prices. Though I'm not complaining cause I can still afford the stuff I normally pay for, lol.
(Note: Like I said, I'm not complaining and I agree with the solo group nerf, just thought this poor guy needed a little defense, ratings of 1 star can really blow and he had a lagit concern, there's just nothing that can be done about it so it's kinda pointless for people to keep bringing it up.He really deserves around a 2.0 to 2.5 but on these forums people only seem capable of giving 1's or 5's)

solo group revamp was and is insane .... anyone thinking that missions were paying too much before has their head in the wrong place..... exactly how much time do you want to devote to endless cash grinding? Also yes I shouldn't care that much but know my money will run out eventually, have about 95 mil atm but please I don't want it to be more difficult for poor people I mean come on what the hell......

isnt the term "solo group" a bitcontradictory to the purpose of it?
I agree with SOE on this one, the increasing inflation is not good for the swg economy.

The solo group nerf isn't a bad idea...
...AFTER the combat upgrade. And maybe...just maybe if they made the animals harder hunting in groups would make sense. Right now it's pointless. I never see hunting groups even now after the nerf. I mean what's the point? A master can take a lair/animals out in a few minutes.

solo groups are gone now, they won't be back so either you deal with it, either you go and play WoW.

Move along then. Can't wait for economy to reach more sane and sustainable levels.. good bye. Whine away all you like it's not changing, breaks my heart to hear you can no longer make millions in a few minutes.

Theres so many people that have millions adn so many that only have a couple thousand. I dont see the prices coming down in the economy for quite some time. Could be months could be a year and in teh mean time the people in the combat professions that arent millionaires are going to be stuck without money for weapons or armor unless they want to spend 5+ hours a day dedicated for teh money grind. They should atleast raise the payout of missions if its going to split no matter what.

I will always remember one comment I read about the SWG economy....
"The entire SWG ecomony is dependant upon the genocide of 2 humanoid specicies on Dantooine"
The 'solo group nerf' is a good thing for everyone...except those that relied on being able to gain stupidly large amounts of money, running stupidly easy missions in stupidly short amounts of time. Might even eventually get people hunting resources for less than 100cpu again too, would be nice.
