How do i make it so you can see the webding style of a letter in our signatures???

hmm, cant seem to get it to work. I put everything just like normal and i put the "n" in for the skull n bones, but all i get is this stupid box......

If you're talking about the first character of the first line, I think that's a skull and crossbones (it's a little small to tell). You can try making it bigger by adding {font size=7 face="wingdings} to the tag. Oh, and it's a capital N, not a small n (although you might've worked that part out on your own).
And if it still doesn't work, you might double check that you have the wingdings font installed on your system, although I'm pretty sure that's standard with any windows (not sure about other OS's).

And it looks like you've got the size thing being worked on. Might want to put a {font size=3} (standard, I think) or a {/font} after the skull to tone down the rest.
