As far as I know, Prima has released the official strategy guides, both for SWG and JTL. I unforunately have no idea how good they are, but I imagine it would be handy to have all kinds of imaginable data in one place. The issue that people would have I assume is that the game has and will change significantly, making those guides outdated the moment you buy them. Just search Prima w/SWG or JTL on online bookstores or search engines and you should get the hits.

They say Prima's guide for SWG was outdated before it was published. Never seen anybody recommend it.

Its an awful guide, kind of neat to see all the broken pormises and old versions of city layouts though

Has anyone seen a list of the various factions and how they interrelate to each other ie Tusken/Jawa, Townsperson/Thug, the various Dantooine tribes and so on?

The prima guide SUCKED! 90% of it was a listing of the skills for each prof, same thing you see with the skill window screen. The ONLY thing I use it for is once in a while I look up a trainer waypoint.

yea, only thing the 1st guide is good for is types of creatures and if the DB etc, most trainer's still work too. Had pictures of RIS in it too which was cool

I bought the Prima guide because I expected it to be usefull as a reference to look up commands I forgot or for creature info and the like. It was really outdated by the time it was published, and I knew more about the game when the NDA was up and I wasn't in beta.
