-Hey!
What form of aiming does the commando's launcher pistol utilize? Does it use pistol accuracy, heavy weapons accuracy, or does it actually target as its description says (target seeking rockets with explosive tips)? Just askin cuz I'd like to know!

It utilizes your pistol skills and mods... but you get Heavy Weapons XP while using it.
Forget to add.. it also usesany ofthepistol specials (ie. Marksman, Pistoleer, BH, Smuggler)...

The launcher pistol is probably the best weapon for a Novice Commando to use until they get enough experience to become effective
in using other Heavy Weapons. 
The launcher pistol uses Pistol modifiers BUT will give you Heavy Weapons Experience which translates into a 'sweet deal'...if you
are smartthen you would have worked onyour pistoleer commands and with Blast and Armor Piercing - the Blaster Pistol is an
awesome weapon to use. 
Most wannabee commandos ingameas theyturn novicethey automatically load up with cannons or flamethrowers which
they cannot use effectively...missing 1 out of 3 shots but the 'smart ones' continue working on pistoleer commands and pick
up a Launcher Pistol. 
The biggest surprise that you can give anyone is to 'pistol whip' them with a launcher pistol and then blast them...

Fair warning with the launcher pistol......if you do not have a cpu/graphics card that can handle high particle effects, the laucnher pistol will wreck havoc on your FPS nearly to the point that you can't use it effectively......with my old card, firing the launcher pistol dropped by FPS from 20 down to 1, 2 or 3 and that was just me and my target onscreen.....don't even think about firing it when your in a high traffic area like pvping in a starport or places like the geo cave/DWB.......at a distance it's not that bad....but up close and it's like watching a picture slide show.....

this why some people to refer to the launcher pistol as the "lag pistol"
