Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get the 2Hand Melee Speed +5 to Stick?


Armor Attachment


Def vs blind +12


Rifle accuracy while moving+6


2H melee speed+5

Put a +12 def blind or higher AA in, then a rifle acc while moving +6 or higher AA in, now you can add that attatchment and the 2hand speed will stick.

You insert a def. vs. blind 13 or higher, then a rifle accuracy while moving 7 or higher...then this AA you got. In that order !

That's a lot of effort, you're better off just finding another attachment and selling this as a def vs blind AA.
