Same thing happened to me just now. Since the crap isn't tradable i'm stuck. I guess i'll wait awhile see if something happens. Doubtful. Ugh.

ah, I just took a shuttle someplace and the WP respawned and it worked fine. Got my disk now.

this just happened to me a few minutes ago, the two stih guys came at me, i killed em, got wp for camp, then when i go to that wp, theres nothing there, and theres 3 imps standing there, i ask them if they killed it, they said nope, and that they've been there for 13-14hours and no sith, so wth is this a bug or they lieing, i think they are lieing but never know?
Edit: i shuttled, and got new wp that was 3km away from me, and about 500m outside of theed and happens to be on the way to a big shopping city on shadowfire, so by time i get to the camp i see a few other players around, noobs though looks like, then i see another guy driving to it trying to kill em, so whats with them spawning near cities and such

I get to the camp site and the ground shifts but nothing spawns :/
I shuttled, the WP reappeared, went back there same thing ground shifted, nothing spawned...
