i woud like to transfer my character from naritus to bloodfin, but if i have "the inner glow" on naritus and if i want to transfer that character to bloodfin will i have that glow still or no?

You will not. You lose all quests and badges upon transferring. I recently transfered to bloodfin as well, and it only took me2 days to go from no force to inner glow.
