Just grinding whatever you think you can do the fastest. Something like personal harvesters or Large Glasses.

I am curious about the other non medical crafting xp too. I would bet the easiest way though is with vehicles. Swoops yield like 5k+ xp per craft, but you will need tons of steel and non ferrous metal to make those. Fortunately it is only two non specific resource types so just start harvesting away. Who knows vehicles may hit rock bottom prices.
