do everything up until you have to deliver the disk to the guy near the cantina. there is an npc standing outside the capitol who wont talk you until your doing the mission. when you walk by, he says something like "hey, over here..." after a conversation he gives you the option to give him the disk for a small reward. once you give him it you get........

not only that, but sean will not talk to you again. he yells about giving info to the hutts and tells you to leave. so you cant vote for him and may not be able to get the painting.

Quit your whining! The rebels get their banner from their themepark (open only to rebels, as it should be), and the Imps get theirs if Victor wins (in an election open to EVERYONE)! On my server, Victor has yet to win any elections (probably because everyone thinks that you can get multiple rugs or the rug and the other reward, even though, once you get your reward from Sean, that is it, no matter how many times you vote for the bastich).
