You have to do the padewon trials which, I think, aren't available yet.

/r oh thats good then , Well this is really getting ridiculous now, it seems that anyone who unlocked pre pub 10 is being made to wait however long SOE see fit. Despite the months of blood sweat and tears ppl have put into getting this far.
Personally I AM MIGHTY PISSED AT SOE . **edit**

How about you try reading one of the many threads there are about this already. You have to leave the village and wait for the old man. Once he shows again you will get your opponent to fight to become a padawan.

have to do exit quest wait for doofus old man to appear again he'll say go kill some sith not to hard except for the sith boss 59k 80% resists to all except lightsaber so kick the boss a$$ and you will become initate and able to start padawan trails

Padawan TRIALS
Trials, not trails... krayt, not kyrat or kryat... geonosian, not genosian... kimogila not kimgila etc etc...
