in the post by SWGScreenshots it says that u shud PM him with an url to the screenshot, they mean like on imagedump.com or something`? I would liek to have an answer to this question.

Yes. The image has to available on a web site somewhere for them to grab, they aren't set up to take screenshot files any other way. You can use imagedump (or any other image hosting site), or put it up on any personal web space you have access to (most ISPs give you at least a little space to put up your own webpage).
