If the reason you need to put a ticket in is because the server is lagged out becareful. My datapad was lagged out so I had no waypoints, no pets, droids, schematicsor bikes, including if I made a waypoint or a schematic right then. I tried to submitt a CSR ticket and since you have to submitt a knowledge search first it will just lag out and freeze on the search too.

So what you do issubmitta search for a word you know will not be in the knowledgebase. Any of the words that will get you banned here will work. The Knowledgebase will recognize the word right away and you can bypass the search and go straight to putting a CSR ticket.

Of course when my Datapad decide to disappear itwas right after I waited in line 20 minutes for a Buff, waited 4 minutes for the shuttle back to my townand then sliced the faction terminal for a good mission.

Logging out then back in will bring back your datapad. usually only happens if you clone with the datapad open.

Yes logging out did bring it back but that does help the time/money I waited for a buff and the shuttle nor does it prevent my datapad from disappearing in the first. No my Datapad was no open, no I did not clone, all I did was finish a miisionstore my pets and then take a shuttle to get a buff and return to the same mission terminal i had just used.

shuttle= 4k (at most)

It only cost you 14k physcial money, does it suck? Yeah i've had it done to me before but thats life, there is no bug free game. The great KOTOR even had its bugs just have to press on.
