All the way to the last mission (the one from Nym)
I get to the research facility and find the gernade case but can find the hard drive iteam from the computer

There is a "maze-like" room to the left when you get to the bottom of the stairs. There is a terminal in that maze of "cubicles" that has the disc you seek.

I had no idea where i should have put this, so i decided this was the best place.
Anyway, I had found a cave one day about a month ago. It had pirates in it, so i killed them. I found my self at the end, where i met a slicer npc. I figured out the terminals puzzles, and the slicer opened a gate for me. I looted something froma droid, and found it useless. Eventually i deleted this.
Now, about a month later afterI began Nym's themepark to get this badge to help me become glowy. I found out I need this loot from the cave.
How can I contact a CSR in game to help me?

I personally think you should go back to the cave and get it again. I did the same thing for the warren. I got the disks months ago, did not figure out who to give them to. So I deleted them. I just went and redid the mission to get the badge this weekend.I also did the Nym theme park this weekend and there were not any hostiles at the cave at all. So it should be a piece of cake. However you can contact CSR through writing up a ticket with your holopad. I wrote tothem on saturday about a problem I was having and they still have not gotten back to me. Therefore I reccomend just doing the mission again. It will most likely be much quicker.

If you dont know where to post use the search function and you should find something somewhere around the jedi forum isnt the place.
But anyway enjoy going to Nyms, and tell him i didnt mean to waste all his guys and ask him if I can have some positive fp from him.
