Thread: Game Guide to Padawan Trials
1. Wait for the old man outside of a static city....IE keep hunting normally atleast 1.5k from a regular city. Player cities are ok.
2. roam around the same areas as you would wait for the old man. within 24-48 hours 2 sith will attack. They are light blue to me (TKM) and killed with 1 hit. Loot one for a datadisk.
3. Use the datadisk to get a WP for a sith base. Go to the WP and kill the sith. there will be 3-4. 3 will be light blue and 1 will be dark blue. The dark blue willl have the disk for the WP and entrance to the Village on Dath.
4. Fly to dathomir science outpost go to 5300 -4000 and begint he FS quests.
Now here are where the roads from my experience and yours differ. Having groudn 32 profs and having 117 badges i unlocked all 24 FS skills automatically. You will have to begint he quests.
1. Talk to Village Elder he will ask you what skills you have and send you to the appropriate person.
I did the Captain quests for Combat.
Phase 1: 10 rounds of 8 WP's. You are scouting around the entire Village. When you go to these WP's do as he told you. Kill any groups of 1 2 and 3 but do not attack the groups of more than 3. Once you do the first 8 wp's return for the next 8, do this 10 times to unlock the firts FS skill.
Once you unlock 24 FS skills you need to resume the old main wait routine for 24-48 hours. Once he comes to you he gives you a WP to find and defeat Mellchai. YOU W ILL NEED A GROUP.
Here is how to defeat Mellahai
1. Fully buffed with healers and food to reduce damage. Mellachai uses a lightsaber.
2. Have a jedi or someone on a bike lure Mellachai away fromt he camp while you take out the lower guards and destory the crystals. There are 4 crystals that surround the camp you must desteoy them at Diagonal's. You must find the Crystal that does not heal itself. All the crystals will heal except one...destroy it move to the one diagonal from it. When all the crystals are done Attack the sub-boss The Transdoshan Darton. Once he is dead have the perosn bring back Mellichai and just pound on him. I reccomend a tka or 2, jedi, and swords and rifleman and just work on mind and then docs and cm's for poisons and disease.
Once you kill Mellichai you are good to begin the padawan trials. Go to the Meditation Shrines on any planet to begin.
There are 16 quests 3 mass hunts, 1 crafting and 12 Gopher quests. I did the entire thing unbuffed. ( ALL QUESTS ARE ISSUED RANDOMLY)
Padawan Trials:
A Jedi must gather all possible information before making a decision. Travel to the planet (planet). Once there, a waypoint will be uploaded to your datapad leading you to an architect by the name of Kant Graf in the city of (city) An architect, Kant Graf, has asked you to clear some land so that he may build there.
on this mission you will need neutral or good gungan faction. you must go to the gungan and talk. DO NOT ATTACK HIM OR HIS WOOKIE FRIENDS. After talking to him you realize he is innocently having his land taken. go back to the architect and tell him no.
A Jedi must understand the motivations and desires of others without becoming emotianlly involved.Travel to the planet (planet) Once there, a waypoint will be uploaded to your datapad leading you to an artist named Sathme Forr in the city of (city) An artist, Sathme Forr, has requested your help in getting her supplies from her assistant
just help the artist get her supplies from her apprentice

Once there, a waypoint will be uploaded to your datapad leading you to an actor named Yvana Bailer in the city of (city) An actor named Yvana Bailer wants you to help put an end to a rampaging predator cat that has escaped.

Once there, a waypoint will be uploaded to your datapad leading you a chef named Seevi Nyed in to the city of (city) A chef named Seevi Nyed wants you to stop a lowlife who stole his baked goods

Once there, a waypoint will be uploaded to your datapad leading you to a farmer named Pannaqa in the village of (city) Pannaqa, a farmer, has asked for your help in getting a part he needs for his vibro-tiller.

A Jedi must always display respect and dignity when interacting with others. Travel to the planet (planet).Once there, a waypoint will be uploaded to your datapad leading you to a retired musician named Grizzlo the city of (city).An elderly musician named Grizzlo has asked that you find any remaining members from his long forgotten musical group.
go to the agent, then go to the friend, be sure to get the ring fromt he friend and bring it back to musician. remember something happened between the two men that left unsettled hurt when one friend died.
A Jedi must put aside personal feelings when aiding someone they might not find appealing.Travel to the planet(planet). Once there, a waypoint will be uploaded to your datapad leading you to an old soldier named Torin Gundo in the city of (city)
the soldier tricks you into getting information...just play along and get it.
A Jedi should remain calm in the face of emotion. Travel to the planet (planet).Once there, a waypoint will be uploaded to your datapad leading you to a young woman named Erim Thelcar in the city of (city).Erim Thelcar asks that you find her brother... or at least her brothers remains... and retrieve a blaster that is a family heirloom

This ring is the wedding ring of his wife's mother.
this one was weird...i tried to do it peacefully but the npc was inside a harvestor so i had to kill her, however the quest worked even with me killing. my theory is when you complete the conversation she attacks you anyway

An ecologist named Luha Kellaro has asked you to kill 20 sludge panthers.

I killed my 20 in the Gungan sacred place...be sure to use this method ONLY after you have done the architect trial. Otherwise surf around moenia

1. make a lightsaber crafting kit, make 2 refined crystal packs, then make your lightsaber.
when you complete all 16 you will be a Padawan. When you get 1/2 way done with the quests you get inititate
