Okay, I submitted a ticket on this issue, but the CSR claimed they couldn't help. So I really don't know where to ask this but here.

Anyhow, a few months ago a friend of mine placed a house. But they later decided they didn't want it and let me use it. However, they kept it as their own because at the time I didn't have enough lots to take it.

But now I haven't seem my friend on in quite awhile, and I'm thinking they quit. I wish to remove the house, but I can't do it because I'm not the true owner. A few days ago I stupidly put 120 days worth of maintaince into the structure before I remembered I had wanted to let the house decay way (stupid, stupid me).

So I was wondering if there was any way I could have those structure removed?Or if there's a way I can atleast get the credits I put into the house removed so it decays faster? I don't care if I lose the money I put into the house... I can make the credits back.
I really don't want to have to wait about a quarter of a year to have my house decay away.

its not your house.. so why are you worried about it? lol

unfortunately the only thing that allows you to remove maintenance fees are vendors.. everything else is a one time thing.. you mess up, too bad..

a CSR will not help you in a million years because, as I said, its not your house.. think about it.. what if some jackass claimed to a CSR to be your best friend and say that you wanted your house gone, and the CSR made it so? I dunno about you, but I'd be pretty pissed..

just forget about the 120 days and walk away.. or use the house as storage.. its free lot!

ona side note: you MIGHT run the risk of having your items disapear along with the house if a person's account remains inactive for an indefnite period of time, and the database server purges all of his possessions.. I doubt it, but you never know..

You're stuck with the house until the maintenance runs out and it decays itself out of existance or until your friend who owns it comes back and redeeds it.

CSRs won't delete someone elses house for ya.

I really don't know why this was moved to the game guides forum. I wasn't really meaning to ask players because I knew the answer already (no offence)... I meant to seek help from an official or something (Dev, someone who works in-game...) . Ah well... so much help they are...
