There are no mission terms that i could find..

Hutt missions are 4.3k per, look for em.

Also appear in random missions, usually find lots around Mining outpost...in fact while hunting for Avian Meat I looted a RIS blueprint and a Defense Stance painting within seconds from one another in this random spawn
