I saw this in game a few days ago. Anyone knows how to get one of these? Is this a common weapon?

the scope can be added in the construction phase of the weapon. as i understand it it makes a few stats better but also increases the HAM costs.

if you want one simply ask your local weaponsmith to make one.

I asked our guild weaponsmith for a scoped mod republic blaster and the differance it made was not really worth the extra HAM cost.

for rifles however a stocked and scoped rifle is far superior to a rifle that is'nt, imho

I just wanted this cool looking weapon to hang on my wall since I mostly use my scatter pistol now.

as long as it's not added from a crate (pull one out into inventory say) the scope will show on fwg5. as well as a number of other weapons. same with stocks

Here's a little plug for a thread I created. It lists all the ranged weapons and whether or not they will show those added components like muzzles, stocks, and scopes.

I make the sub component (scope or stock) by hand before i put into weapon - Make for really cool looking weaps
