Thread: a TTPL soldier?

Saw this guy, a lvl 35 npc with single chevrons, inside one of the starports on Talus. He has a magseal box next to him so I figure he is there for a quest but I dont know which one.
So, who is this fellow?

Talus Grave Robber quest. Starts in Daeric Starport, talk to Omkoo.

The first part of this mission is very simple.....go to the spot wipe out the 3 toons their and return to the guy in dearic starport.
He will then send you to 2 locations, a rebel base and nashel starport. You must look for a create of items to search and once you do the guards there attack. Toughest level 33's i ever seen but should be no problem for a level 80. The create is to the right of the rebal base entrance, inside the compound. The create in Nashel the first room after you land traveling through the starport on the first stairs you come to heading out.

Good quest though - I wish the journal would include details of where each named person is - I've just had to web-surf to find out where to find Omkoo as I started the quest a week or so ago - I like to chop and change and have been flying space missions for a few days
