have a question about the respec token. do u have 1 token per server or 1 token per toon(concerning jedi and jedi unlock toon)?

per toon.
of course you had to have that toon unlocked before they offered the token respec. if he was unlocked after the devs provided it, then you would only have it on the character (jedi) who was around prior to that date.
